As per federal labor law – minimum salary is 10 C$ per hour. Students can get work permits between 1 year and 3 years after completion of education. And after gaining the work permit, a student can apply for permanent residency.

The process of study in Canada plan takes about 6 months after graduation in India. Firstly, an aspirant needs to appear for IELTS, an English proficiency exam. Then he/she chooses the courses and selects the universities and applies to them. Once an admit or acceptance from the desired university is received, a student undergoes medical examination and applies for visa. Then the visa is stamped.
